Donald Joseph Qualls, better called DJ Qualls is an American actor, producer and fashion model. He shot to fame after his role in Road Trip. Since then, he has appeared on 20 features, such including The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. In addition, he has appeared in Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs and The Lost Law & Order, and many others. A survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma that he was diagnosed at the age of 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. After two years of treatment, the cancer has gone into the stage of remission. The treatment at an early age had an adverse effect on the body. It hindered his development. When he first started to take action, financial stability was the ultimate ambition. The man had experienced hardship in his childhood. He was told by the interviewer that since he had lived so sparingly for such a long time, I needed financial stability to feel at ease. He thinks back to his early years, and is driven by a desire to take action against the bullying. The fact that cruel acts break his heart. DJ's dream role would be to become a father on reel and in reality. He admits that Directors do not cast him in these roles. He would like to become a dad one day, to be able to devote more time with his child as well as his professional.
