Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, after she quit gymnastics. She won her Professional Card within a year and was 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished third in the contest. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
